Who it’s for

One app, a dedicated view for everyone

The app recognises your role when you sign in, so parents, drivers, attendants and managers only see the screens they need.

Parents

  • Follow the bus on the map with a live estimated arrival time.
  • Get notified when the trip starts, when the bus is approaching and when your child gets on and off.
  • Let the team know in advance about missed morning or afternoon trips with the “Bugün Gelmeyecek” (not coming today) button or the attendance calendar.
  • Leave a note for the attendant, message the bus team and choose which notifications you receive.

Drivers and attendants

  • See the day’s route, stop order and which students won’t be riding, all in one list.
  • Start the trip; location is shared only while the trip is running and stops when it ends.
  • Record boarding, drop-off and “didn’t board” with a single tap; the parent is notified right away.
  • Read the notes parents leave for the attendant and mark them as done.

Transport management

  • Create parent, driver and attendant accounts, reset passwords and deactivate accounts when needed.
  • Assign students to buses and confirm stop addresses on the map.
  • Prepare daily routes around absence notices; late changes are flagged for review.
  • Watch trips live and send notifications to parents when needed.
Security and privacy

Only what the school run needs

The app processes the data required to run the school bus service — nothing more. No ads, no selling of data, no tracking.

Everyone sees only what they’re authorised to see

Role-based access means a parent sees only their own child’s bus and notifications.

Parents’ location is never collected

Location comes only from the driver’s and attendant’s devices, and only during a trip. Sharing stops when the trip ends.

Data hosted in Türkiye

The main database and servers are hosted in Istanbul, and every connection is encrypted with HTTPS.

No ads, no tracking

No advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking tools are used, and data is never sold to third parties.
